Shipping

All orders are packed and shipped from Singapore within 1–2 business days.

We currently ship to Singapore and selected international destinations. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier, and customs clearance.

• Singapore: 1–3 business days
• Selected Southeast Asian countries: 3–7 business days

Free shipping is available on orders over $50.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping with LOOTZBYSHO.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To request a return, simply email us with your order number and reason for the return, and we'll provide you with return instructions.

For opened products, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind due to hygiene reasons. However, if you receive a product with a quality issue, defect, or damage, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist with an exchange or suitable solution.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, preferably with photos of the product and packaging.
