We currently ship to Singapore and selected countries. Available destinations and shipping rates will be shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are: Singapore, 1–3 business days; selected Southeast Asian countries, 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and customs clearance.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on orders over $50, subject to the applicable shipping destinations and terms.

Can I return my order?
Unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number before sending anything back.
Can I return an opened product?
For hygiene reasons, opened products generally cannot be returned due to a change of mind. However, if there is a quality issue, defect, or damage, please contact us and we'll help you with an appropriate solution.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and assist you accordingly.
Do you accept pre-orders?
Selected products may be available for pre-order. The estimated waiting time will be stated on the product page before you place your order.
